Foldable Hyboxes for hygienically sensitive areas
Our Hybox with the base sizes 1,200 x 800 mm or 1,200 x 1,000 mm features injection-moulded pallets and lids. All surfaces are closed and smooth, making cleaning easy. This is of particular importance in hygienically sensitive areas such as the food or pharmaceutical industries. Due to its stable skids, the Hybox can also be used on automated conveyors. Hook-on edges in the lid ensure non-slip stacking even when empty.

Various product colours, special materials as well as customised printing and identification with adhesive labels make it possible to adapt our Hyboxes to your requirements.
Polypropylene sleeves
This foldable support sleeve is adapted to your specific requirements. It provides ergonomic handling as well as maximum volume reduction and a configuration tailored to your needs.
Specific design
To optimally protect your products during transport and storage and to make the best possible use of the space in the container, our Hyboxes can be equipped with compartments, trays or foam inserts.
Ergonomic removal
One or several openings make it possible to remove the contents of our Hyboxes quickly and easily. The open removal flap is locked to the Hybox using locking mechanisms such as "quick slide" or hook-and-loop fasteners.
Safe transport
Thanks to their closed and smooth surfaces and edges, our Hyboxes are particularly suitable for hygienically sensitive areas. Due to its durable skids, the Hybox is also suitable for automated conveyors. Hook-on edges in the lid ensure safe stacking of the Hyboxes when empty.
