Dominik Lemken has been part of the WALTHER team since 2013. As a qualified engineer, he oversaw our project management for many years and has an in-depth knowledge of our solutions. Since 2022, he has been leading the company as Managing Director. With the acquisition in 2024, he took on overall responsibility for the WALTHER Faltbox Group as a shareholder.
For him, sustainability is more than a business goal – as a board member of the Stiftung Initiative Mehrweg (SIM) and a member of the Roundtable for Reusable Containers, Trays and Pallets (RCTP) on behalf of the WALTHER Faltbox Group, he actively drives the transition towards future-proof reusable solutions across the industry as a whole.
