Often, reusable boxes are not a good match for the goods to be transported in them. WALTHER inner packagings make a change - so that goods come out of the box exactly as they got in.
The solution lies in inner packagings dividing the space inside an industry container by creating individual compartments for the packaged goods. This creates transport safety, as well as an optimal packing density. There are no limits to adaptability.
The options range from simple, shelf-like interior separation up to specially adapted, multiple individual packages for valuable electronic components. Needless to say that our inner compartments are as reducible in volume and returnable as our containers are.
The materials used depend on the requirements of the goods. Textiles to protect surfaces, twin-wall sheets for low weights, structured core panels for higher loads, deep-drawn trays for smaller quantities and large dimensions and, of course, injection-moulded trays for larger quantities.
